Fantasy Game Launch

We normally have our fantasy game up and running by now, but the ongoing uncertainty around Campos and US F1, and the possibility that Stefan GP might step in, has caused us to hold fire for a week.

On Monday we will be launching our fantasy game, with Campos and US F1 listed, and then change the teams and drivers later if the need arises. In the meantime we'll complete the team line-ups as best we can and complete the launch reports that are currently missing.
