About Fantasy-F1.Net
What you'll find here is a web site dedicated to Formula One, run by Formula One fans, for other Formula One fans. The site was born in an office in Slough, UK in 1997 as a game played through an Excel spreadsheet. The following year we moved to the Internet and took residence at Fantasty-F1.Net in 2000. At the end of 2011 the site had grown to over 13,000 users in over 100 countries, and it continues to grow year on year.
Fantasy-F1.Net is not a full-on F1 news site, although you will find our own news coverage here. Instead we combine our own news together with RSS feeds, blog entries, videos, pictures and forum discussions to give you all the news and opinions you can handle, in one place. We focus on simply providing the best fantasy team management game on the net, and the necessary information to back that up - testing information, practice times, race reports etc. Our reporting is delivered from a very personal viewpoint - politically incorrect and frequently biased - we like it that way and we hope you will too.
At Fantasy-F1.Net you'll find no advertising, no pushing of affiliates, and no tracking. The site is completely free to use, for all comers. If you like and use our site, please consider making a donation through Paypal using the button at the bottom of the page.
The site continues to undergo year-on-year improvements both in terms of functionality and layout. Fantasy-F1.Net is not just a web site - its a complex software project that has been growing and evolving over several years. Like most software I'd be surprised if the odd bug hadn't crept in here and there.
